This is an awesome video from PBS that allows us to see a Butterfly swarm from the inside. It reminds me of when I was very small.
We lived in Monterey and in our back yard we had a grove of eucalyptus trees. My mom and my aunt would take us out as the butterflies were waking. Soon they would start to flap their wings so they could fly. Then as they were flying all around us and landing on us, we were convinced that we were magic. How could we not?! When I first saw this video it instantly took me back to that place of magic in time. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have!
